Africa’s creative industry is on the brink of an economic revolution, fueled by its rich cultural heritage, growing global influence due to an increasing population, and an ever-expanding digital audience.

Unfortunately while a country like South Korea has strategically transformed its entertainment industry into a $12.3 billion annual export industry through government-backed investments and global marketing, Africa’s creative economy lags due to limited capital access, weak intellectual property protections, and fragmented distribution networks. And South Korea is only one country within Asia. Asia itself is positioning itself and harnessing its global soft power for global dominance
