Plot Mhako is a cultural curator and creative director working between Zimbabwe and Germany.  He is the founder and Creative Director of Jibilika Dance Trust, Amplifaya Festival, Moto Moto Festival (in Germany), Kuenda Productions, Mafuwe International Festival of Dance, Skate Zimbabwe project, Zim Hip Hop Summit, Zimdancehall Summit and a board member of the Creative Rights Zimbabwe Trust. He is also a media entrepreneur running earGROUND AFRICA, a leading digital media company working to document creative narratives and amplifying the voices of creatives from Africa.
